Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2-4 days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping on all order over $100. All order placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following business day.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will give store credit for the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at samantha@lemonandcrew.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. In the event that a package has not been updated in 15 days, it is the customers responsibility to reach out to the carrier and file a claim. We are unable to ship a replacement or issue a refund. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages once they are accepted by the carrier. We are not liable for stolen or lost packages and will not issue a replacement or refund of the stolen or lost item. The customer is responsible for contacting local authorities to report stolen packages.
